Bad insurance comunication

My car has been standing for two weeks for being repaired! Still i dodnt hear from the company! We are sitting with out a car,so i hope that they can start thinking of their clients of how they have to struggle. How can a car stand for two weeks long and i dont hear anything from the insurance? I hope that they improve,otherwise i will take further steps!
