UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. NIGHTMARE.

<p>Don't ever use the FSL Group. They have taken 4 months to complete our job! It has been a nightmare from the very first window installation. The have got every window design wrong. They have had to re-install glass cause they put the wrong kind in. There is ZERO quality control. The factory just makes what ever they want. Me Snyman is rude and arrogant! If you have a problem, their staff refuse to take your call! They left me one night with NO front door or security gate. I had to use plastic sheeting to barricade the opening. After that I got the front doors but with NO locks. So four 3 nights I had to use zip ties and chairs to keep the doors closed! NO ONE WOULD TAKE OUR CALLS! My front door was done 4 times. My bay windows 3! The bathroom 3! Mr Snyman took my work measuring tape and to date they refuse to give it back! They scratched a brand new pair of door handles we bought so badly that they had to be replaced by ourselves. We took that R1000 off the final payment. They have now sent us a warning letter that they are going to report is for bad debt! Stay away from this company-they are so badly unprofessional it's scary. </p>
