We have paid in full for our order. We were basically harassed to get our business. As soon as we paid they just dissappeared. They missed 5 appointments. They don't pitched after promised they will install on Saterday, again! You can never speak to the owner, this is the first time in my life where I have experienced a owner not taking pride or ownership of his product or bad service from staff. It is now going for 2 months and still no windows. We have tried everything but can't get hold of the owner, they never return our calls and if we go there in person the family of this pathetic little business runs and hide somewhere in the back. I would stay so far away from this company.
