OWNER AND MANAGER NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS

I have requested a quote for the above, received a quote and accepted it on the 4 March 2016,on the 6 March 2016 an Eft was done for the payment, After a more than a month of fighting for installing ,the shower enclosure was installed on the 8 April 2016, The door that was installed was not a sliding shower enclosure as per my quote and payment, I than phoned the supplier to please come an remove it and install what was requested, I have been phoning almost every day as to when will this happen and all Norma and Rene can tell me that they’re waiting for the door ,I than asked why did they’re not fit what we requested and was told they’re having a lot of problems with sliding doors being returned, that is not my problem they’re cannot install what suits them, Up until today I cannot get a concrete answer as to when will the doors be changed, I am unable to speak to Mr Snyman whom is the owner as staff policy does not allow them to give his phone number to clients, I cannot believe that a company can operate this ,I urgently want them to com and remove what they’re felt fitted to install and refund my money back,Today the 5 May they're still waiting for the door to be made,Very *********** service.Please don't ever use this Company for anything.FEROZA
