Do not do business with FSL glass Roodepoort

Gooday, I hope you can assist me,I requested a quote from a company based in Roodepoort for over 30 years hence I didn't check on them as I thought they were a reputable company being on business for that long. They quoted me and I accepted the quote and was requested to pay a 90% dep which I did on the 4th of April 2018 ...R10000 later. Since then it has been excuse apon excuse everytime a different story,almost 7 weeks later they still haven't done the job.....I can only think that they stole my money or the company is going down... I wanted to cancel the job but then was told there is no refund....how can they just take my dep not do the work and then tell me no refund when I want to cancel???
