FSI Afriforum - Pretoria - is it a ****?

I just received a call from an "087" number which was reported by my phone as coming from FSI Afriforum in Pretoria. The person calling informed me that he would send a senior consultant to assist me regarding my pension and RA which are with companies listed on the JSE. I informed him that I do not know his company and that I already have a financial advisor. He started getting aggressive and I informed him that he had no right to call me as he was contravening the Popia act. Eventually I informed him that I believe he was part of a **** after which he put down the phone. I'm not sure if this company is legit, but they have a very bad phone manner if it is, and they have not clue about the popia act!
