Theft

I had entrusted the management of my property with Cindy Bruce and she has greatly disappointed me.<br> <br> I have an arrangement with her to ensure that she makes payments to me by the 3rd of every month but she is doing a poor job at that.<br> <br> For the duration of my contract with her, she has been making payments at any dates she feels like it and never acknowledges my concerns when I raised them with her. Worst incident is that she has not made any payments to me for the month of March and ignores my calls and text messages. She initially advised that she had paid the money into the wrong account and confirmed that she will pay me before the week ending on the 12 of March.<br> <br> The 12th of March came and gone and she never gave me feedback after that date. I called her countless time and left messages with her husband who advised that she will give me a call back but she never did.<br> <br> When I called her using a different number she answered and said she can't give me a date as to when she would pay me back.
