Lack of customer service

This has been my third time purchasing from FSH Kicks and again I picked up the same problems which is their customer service, one almost has to beg for a reply from them, this time around customers were told they would get a free gift with each purchase as it's their birthday month however I did not receive anything, I obviously sent a message regarding this but as usual they take atleast 10+ hours to reply

It's almost as if this business is a side hustle to the owner and not their priority, that's how putrid the customer service is

Other than that I've always been happy with each pair of shoes I ordered the quality is 100%
