Bad service from FSG generator worx

I’m very disappointed with the service received from FSG generator worx. The company was contacted in September 2021 to fix our generator. After receiving a quotation, we promptly paid the required deposit and were told that it would take about 6 weeks to complete the work. 5 months later !- no generator and no word from the company. Customer feedback and communication is generally bad and when you eventually get a hold of the sales director you get all sorts of excuses.
