Old Account..is deemed \Prescribed"

I had this card opened in 2009.<br> <br> My follow-up correspondence with FS Attorneys was on the 17 Nov 2011 and my last payment was the 26 Oct 2011.<br> <br> Ever since this since the last payment, I suddenly get correspondence in April 2015 and now July 2015.<br> <br> <br> Surely, this should be adhered too, and the \debt"should be removed"
