Complete Incompetence

This people have been harassing me for the better part of this year and have the most pathetic call center agents. <br> <br> A different person phones me every month to make a new arrangement almost every month. When every time i have to go through the same procedure of putting a debit order on my account. They simply never put this debit order in place and keep phoning me to tell me I am defaulting on payment and are charging me every time they call. I over and over requested confirmation of arrangement via email, no one ever emails anything. <br> <br> Then in October they just debit my account for R 1800.00 this from a salary of R 9000.00. I literally had to borrow money to buy food for my kids.<br> <br> You people are charging me for things that not my fault! Your staff is having me pay for your unprofessional and pathetic procedures that your people do not stick to.<br> <br> I'm ready to settle this account so you people can GO AWAY. But I demand the charges for all phone calls, collection commissions etc. be removed and someone from a customer service management can contact me via email ONLY!<br> <br> <br>
