Balance Enquiry

I currently have an account which is handled by FSE Attorneys. i have called them several times requesting a balance as i would like to settle the account. They have sent me several different balances and today (26.06.2015) i have called requesting a statement. I have received the statement and to my surprise i noticed that they are charging me for every phone call i made to them, as well as commission and even charged me for a summons which i have never received. I am even charged for taking instructions from them, which is ridiculous. All these charges are causing my balance not to go down as my aim is to settle the account. I have called and spoke to Mapule Sindane requesting to speak to her supervisor as she is unable to explain all these charges to me, she placed me on hold and stated that the supervisor is busy. I asked if there is another supervisor or a manager she said no and stated that the manager is also busy. So i am faced with being charged unnecessary and still no assistance from any superior, this is the most pathetic service i have ever received and it is impacting me badly as all i want to do is settle the account with the correct balance.
