Frustration! My husband and I have been waiting for our refund for a month now, we have called, emailed, have even resent all documents that were requested by Thabego Manganye who didn’t submit all documents in the first place, who didnt bother to pick up our calls nor respond to our emails, who had the nerve to say “ it’s just R1750” , that’s our hard earned money! and now Ncamisile Taleni who is taking her sweet time handling this issue, I mean really what is the fr****** delay! This is extremely disappointing and frustrating! Talk about ****y service!! Pay Back My Money!
