THEY JUST DONT WANT TO WORK!

It seems to me no one wants to do their job. They dismiss your case without actually paying attention to the type of body they are meant to be. They say they assist with insurers/insurance and yet dismissed my claim saying its out of their jurisdiction but its a claim against an insurer. Its clear that people do not want to work.
