Terrible Service by FSCA

Good Day’

I must the service provided by the FSCA stinks man wow,

The only service provider might think they will get it right but its rotten to the core,

I submitted application 31st January 2024 with all requested documents and proof of payments, 2months I get email for Jacob Moahi who requested I complete form 4D,which I happily comp**** as it’s a norm in FSCA no receipt of email or anything, I then waited, March 2024 I went to the FSCA office I got a gentleman who offered to assist after fighting at reception, who explained the have been a back lock with bitcoin requests, so I understood and left. I then follow up and I get response from Nare Senyatsi who advised my application is reviewed after I followed up 11 March 2024 and responded 02 May 2024 after Jacob said sla is 12weeks now count the days but anyway.

3months passed but this is not argument but a request to be assisted as I want to start trading getting my company in order, No after the responses 3 weeks later a Lady Masego Mankumba emails me asking for all the documents which was already sent.

As we patient I comp**** and she rep**** she can’t open documents I mean how did Jacob Moahi open the first documents, fine I then do as she asks it’s been 3weeks now no response no even I have received the documents ,nothing. And I have emailed her mind you.

The service provided is terrible with no regard, and I was clear I am not trading without FSP number which to me is correct, but I am being messed around by *********** people who feel when they at work they are doing us a favor. service level agreement is level agreement. Or maybe my surname result in the color off my skin and therefore am racially profiled that he wont complain .
