Premium Refund

Can you guys please look into this matter and come back to me. Whether is it lawfully that 1life insurance has the right not to allow me to reverse my money when I have canceled my policy and that the bank can also not being able to reverse that money. Is it allowed. Is that been compliant and meet the standard of Short Term and Long Term Insurance Act. Where is is written and made a law in the FICA compliance policy and Corporate Governance Act. 1life is such a useless company that does not know Treating The Customer Fairly Culture, and does not take me very seriously. All they do with their employees is to chow our money and think of themselves. This is Pathetic absurd.
