Pathetic horrible service

The service Im getting from the FSCA and their employees Thabego Manganye and Ncamasile Taleni is actually quite horrible.My wife and I have been chasing them for a month for a refund and everyday we get taken from pillar to post.They are really *********** and unprofessional and Thabego on the other hand is just a rude jerk.He had the nerve to tell us that "Its just R1750", as if R1750 is a small amount. If its a small amount then please give us our money then. Whats the delay?
