Not happy at all

I don't know why is it so difficult to have my DOFA Corrected I don't have any right or whatsoever to register my names or change anything' but I'm going through difficulties to get my DOFA Corrected over something I didn't do . after submitting all the necessary documents governing bodies are just so difficult to deliver service on time .
