Mamiki Motale and the FSCA, You ROCK!!!

Thanks again to Mamiki Motale and FSCA Case number 513398

I contacted Robson Savage on the 14th of October 2020 regarding the long outstanding payout of my provident fund and Roxann Buys told me the case is still with the FSCA for approval.

On the 3rd of July Mamiki Motale of FSCA requested some requirements from Robson Savage to process my case. On the 27th of July 2020 Roxann confirmed that she is working with the Trustee board to respond to FSCA's queries. On the 19th August 2020 Mamiki Motale confirmed that she had not received on the query raised with Robson Savage. On the 4th September 2020 Robson Savage stated that the delay due to the change in Principle Officer of the fund which was still to be approved by the FSCA. On the 9th of September 2020 Marilyn Kamp from Robson Savage responded to Mamiki Motale's email of the same date promising to look into the matter. On 14th October 2020 I asked Marilyn Kamp to advise of the progress. Her response on of the 15th October 2020 was that Roxann Buys will provide me with the answers. Roxann's response was that the case is still with the FSCA for approval. She further stated that they have received approval for some long outstanding transfers.

My case has been going on since October 2019, and I have been sent from pillar to post with different reasons from Robson Savage and the FSCA.

Thanks to Mamiki Motale of FSCA for her determination in following up my case until she sent me the mail on the 27 October 2020 advising that my case is approved. This is the best birthday present I have ever received. I am turning 64 on the 29th October 2020 and Mamiki has made my year!!!

The ball is now in Robson Savage court to process the payout of my Provident Fund so I provide my family with home when my time comes to leave this life.
