FSP licence

We have been trying for over a month now to get a copy of our FSP licence. I was told by Mr Moses Mthimunye when enquiring about the tracking number, as the licence was posted via registered post. He told me and i quote :" i feel it is unfair that i must explain myself again to someone from the same FSP" when i told him the tracking number he provided is incorrect he told me : "That is not my problem that is the number they gave me". i have been sending emails for over a month now and everybody reads the mails but no one replies or assists. The only one that did respond was Nare Senyatsi but with a reponse sending it back to Mr Moses Mthimunye, to whom needless to say i haven't had any response from. we urgently need a copy of our licence as this is a requirement when applying for contracts. i have sent emails to the complaints department at the FSCA to which i just get an automated response that i will get a reference number within 24hrs ( i have four of those automated responses , back dating to last week and still no reference number).
