FSCA Tribunal poor service

I was wrongfully charged, accused, dismissed and debared on FSCA by X financial institution. There was NOWHERE were I could go to prove my innocence except through CCMA. I did go to CCMA and the charge and accusations that I were agaist me were declared invalid and were set aside, my problem is that when I go to the FSCA Tribunal to apply for the debarment to be uplifted because the charges and accusations were set aside and declare as invalid Kim Host from FSCA Tribunal is refusing to assist me. And I believe that her and Lwandiso are not telling the side of my story appropriately to the judge, they both told me that they are not gonna help me because FSCA Tribunal is not CCMA or Labour. Kim Host is very disrespectful and rude, she did but care about me and I believe is she ******. She was not interested in my story or in assisting me, she told me she is not a lawyer. I don't know how she got that job because she does not want to help people or interested in helping people. Now I am stuck, unable to get employment because of debarment that happened also invalid or at that I believe should be uplifted.
