FSCA Pension Wars Gone Wrong

The FSCA are suppose to be regulators however these people are the most *********** people I came across and im referring to the surplus apportionment scheme (Sanlam- Transnet Ontspanningsklubs Groeppensionfonds 12/8/4296) which was submitted to them last year for approval and another year has gone and they still haven't approved the fund. They often have the same queries that they highlight all the time which on each occasion Sanlam did their part and responded timeously back to them. My grandfather waited 12 years and eventually passed away ..........which meant he never get to spend his money and lived in poverty throughout his last days. My granny is alive and still hopes of getting her husbands hard earned money however i feel the FSCA are ***** and are prolonging this issue as i feel they are looking for ways not to pay the people that are are owed this funds. There are is nobody higher than the FSCA so what do i do from here? APPROVE THE SURPLUS SCHEME FSCA. Those funds you are holding back can eliminate poverty in many households. Would you accepts the fact that your grand parents are living on state pension R1900 when they have a pension funds which they are unable to claim from. Be human and do the right thing and do your job accordingly. Im sure it doesnt take 13 months and still going to approve the surplus funds. Dont look for excuses not to pay and approve the scheme. People have Thousands for rands due to them yet some of them are homeless due to your incompetence. I recently emailed the FCSA (Sanele Magazi) how did he get a job there or shall i ask whom did he bribe? Not customer orientated and doesnt responds to my mails jus refering me to the fund admin Sanlam. FSCA (Foolish Stupid Careless Authority)
