FSCA - Licensing staff review

Pathetic Service by Innocentia Dibetso. She is Rude, ambiguous and full of non-responses. She displays apathy to her clients and fails to acknowledge emails and telephone calls. Simple request go unanswered and she is very accusatory. Very quick to demand information but never any solutions. She needs to be sent back to training and revisit her manners. Treating people like they are ********* is *********. The FSCA shud review their turnaround times, customer etiquette and type of staff they hire. She wud get 0 starts for being an ignoramus and useless member of the FSCA.
