Fsca horrible service, *******ion to its worst.

Devember 2019 unfortunately I discovered *****ulant activities happing in my Old mutual investment account.
I complained back and forth opened a Saps case against Old mutual Ref nr CAS 117/5/2020
Seven months later Old mutual confirmed ***** has been proven and that their employee has ********ly closed my policy & opened a new policy in its place where this employee also forged my signiture. I have also opened a seperate case with Fsca since they are the regulatory body for financial ***** in Sa to futher investigate this horrific crime that took place.
This boad has not done anything regarding this matter, as I have sent numerous requests for feed back. No reply whatsoever !!!
The matter was handed to Mmakwati; whom only rep**** once: Saying that... he had lost all documents I have mailed to him can I resend this.
This i resent all requested documents & bankstatments. It's now half a year later and have not heard from him since asking me to resend the documents and email he had lost.
This board can really close their doors & have another company or regulatory body handle South Africas financial misconducts. Their service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in my life.
The Financial Services Conduct Authority has not rep**** after a futher request was submitted for feedback. This means that the persone that handles the feedback is also not doing their job... Realy how many people are their in this company that's just waiting for payday ?
This in closing you get paid to sit around and fill office space for 8 hours a day.

The moment I posted the complaint on Hello Peter website 7 days later Fsca responded.
The person dealling with the matter thought the matter is closed, Because he received a payment notification from Old mutual that the company gave my money back plus a compansation award "R5000''.
His job is to intermidiate with the complainant and not make friends with guilty party.
Also their employee is presumably barred as this person told me from Fsca 6 months later following this investment.
I actually tought ***** would get him fired immediately, thus this person was still getting paid by Old mutual to ******* elderly investors if I did not follow up.
This company is a proudly South African company judging from the way they handled *******ion reported to them.. Old mutual keep up the South African tradition your doing your best I've been blind but now it's clear for all to see.
Fsca representative thinks this is a binding deal if a person accepts his compansation award.
A compansation award is not a bribe to forget about the ***** case that I opened against Old mutual and employee that commited this h**** act.
You can call it a bribe or like Old mutual calls this a compensation award.
I'm looking to settle the matter/dispute. I did not agree that the mattre is closed Old mutual might have place you under the impression that this is... but if you had an idea how to do your work your work, you could have just sent me a Pls call me & i would have confirmed.
Anyway just do your work appointed to institutional body get this matter to court this is how it is supposed to work in a judicial system.
Dont make your own arrangements.. don't be like the Sa stereotype that always thinks they can make a plan.
Also you have dumb plans you emailed me the same payment notification six times its not going to sound like its more to me, maybe to your level of education Financial Services Conduct Authority Eployee.
