FSCA Fails Us Clients

The Long Term Insurance Act was gazetted into law to protect clients against Insurance companies . These corporate companies use their stature and size to intimidate us clients into non action , submission or taking them up.

Where there is a definite breach in the laws by Insurance companies , the FSCA needs to thoroughly investigate these allegations . I have reported case no. 33160 to the FSCA and they seem to inadequately investigate my complaint , so much so that I have drawn in the Finance Ministry to launch an investigation into the conduct of the FSCA. How do we trust a body that is suppose to ensure the fairness of all parties when they display bias to these corporate Insurance companies . Their lack of thorough investigation is a real cause for concern.
