FSCA approved that PSG sold my shares without my consent, they see nothing wrong

FSCA's mandate is to promote fair customer treatment by financial institutions, I lodged a complaint after PSG wealth sold my shares without my consent or authorization but I received an email from Mpho Ntuli who works at FSCA and informed me that she has found nothing wrong with what PSG did even after I submitted all the documents. If companies like FSCA are suppose to protect us a customers and they DONT, where must we go ? if we are ******?
