Failure to Respond to Emails

The reserve bank appointed a new commissioner to FSCA as there were many problems at the FSCA. Assuming that the new commissioner will be alert to complaints of failure deal correctly with complaints in the past , On 16 August 2021 I emailed the commissioner of FSCA, via his secretary, requesting his assistance with problems I encountered with FSB / FSCA since 2016. I attached five documents to that email. I did not receive any reply & decided to email their enquiries on 18 October 2021. I attached 12 documents to this email. On 19 October 2021 I received a letter from the Head of department, Insurance & Retirement benefit fund Administration Supervisor noting that they have dealt with my complaint & cannot assist me as I did not supply new information. I emailed her on 09 November2021 explaining that I did supply new information. Also there was no need for new information as the information supp**** previously contained enough information. I attached further six documents to this email. To date she has failed to reply. I have complained about three Big Insurance / Retirement fund service providers. They all have failed to adhere to the FSP Provisions in conducting business. The main problem being Universal Life policies that were sold by insurers from 1980. They were sold as Whole Life Policies. I have supp**** them documents that noted that I purchased Whole Life policies. It is common knowledge that Whole Life policies are completely different to that of Universal Life policies. Fin 24 had many articles last year on the problems with Universal Life policies which the insurers were aware of since 1990 but they continued to sell Universal Life policies & failed to inform the investors of the problems so that the investors could have made changes whilst they could still secure Life Insurance policies. Now when the investors are older it is impossible for them to acquire new policies. The High premiums, which are based on risk, on Universal Life policies have become unaffordable to investors & their policies are being cancelled by the insurers. The most concerning problem is that FSB / FSCA has known about the problem since 2014 but have also failed to inform the investors to take corrective action. FSCA has confirmed in their letter to me. FSCA says that they are in talks with the service providers on the issue of Universal Life policies. How long will take to rectify the problem. Investors have lost billions but have no alternative but keep paying the high premiums of loose their whole life’s investments whilst FSCA drag their heels on the problems. The insurers have ********** sold Universal Life policies to investors by labelling them as Whole Life policies. Although the recent interviews for the next Chief Justice were marred by many issues but one very good thing did come out of the interviews. That is that there is a need for transformation in the judicial system. Transformation whereby the common man as easy access to the courts. The last chief justice is on record noting that until all, not only the rich, big business & people in high places, get equal justice, we will not be free. The problem is that no matter how strong evidence / case one has, they do not take your input into account. If one is not happy with their ruling then one needs to go to the high court to have their findings reviewed which is impossible for the common man. This, they are aware of & take advantage of thus find in favour of the service provider. There is a possibility that they are captured by Big Business. The only regulator that is not afraid of big business is the Competition Commission.

If institutes that supposed to protect the public fail to do so, then the common man has no chance of equal justice. Now that I have complained about their incompetence to assist me they will definitely find against me.
