Bad Service, they don't put themselves in the other person's shoes

My name is Zinhle Nxumalo, I have been **********ly registered by companies I don't know and this has ruined my life. I spoke to Ms Ntombana Mbali Nyembe who said I should send an affidavit to the FSCA stating I have not worked for them so they can remove me. I have not been able to work for almost a year now. I've called so many times to ask what is going on with the investigation. Their service is terrible, it's been almost 2 months since I sent that proof they requested. Navobex pty LTD is one of the companies and has a withdrawn license. My life is on a stand still, I've even had to do an RE5. I don't know what to do now. I want to go on their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...they are not helping me at all.
