Bad experience, with FSCA and Moonstone they don't give the results and they just keep quite ,don't respond to people's mails.
Bad experience with FSCA
My sister wrote RE 5 with moonstone in 12 June 2024 up until now I didn't receive my results ,they referred me to fsca ,when I check fsca they told me the moonstone found irregularities on the exam and they busy with the investigations,the problem is that they don't tell her what are those irregularities and how long they will take .They don't communicate is been a month now with no response.She have send emails to FSCA to Stefanie Rossouw and Juanita Smith and at Moonstone to Sheila and M Grant but they still didn't respond.
This is affecting us as a family as she can't work and she is a bread winner in the family.
Please hellopeter help on this she need to know everything and when is the turn around time on this.

********** activities being conducted in respect of the FAIS regulatory examinations. These activities
include candidates knowingly buying forged or **** exam certificates, ********ly altering exam
certificates, paying other people to impersonate them when writing the exam and paying people who
supposedly have some form of control over the exam process to guarantee a successful pass rate.
The FSCA can, through the various processes and procedures implemented, identify irregular
examination activities. When such irregularities are detected, they are thoroughly investigated to
determine whether any wrongdoing or ********** activity has occurred. The primary purpose of these
investigations is to protect the public and the financial sector by ensuring that individuals who lack the
required honesty and integrity are removed from the sector.
Regarding this specific case, the FSCA has already communicated with the candidate involved, informing
her that irregular activity has been identified and that the matter is being investigated. The candidate
will be informed of the outcome of the investigation in due course.
While the Authority endeavors to finalise these types of matters as quickly as possible, given the
potential impact on the candidate, it is important that we maintain our commitment to fairness and due
process. We further assure the public that any confirmed cases of ***** or misconduct will be addressed
