FSB do they regulate or are they being regulated lol

<p>Hi there Im having an issue with Sanlam as my grandfather is awaiting is surplus funds from his Transnet Pension fund,when I reported the issue to the FSB they seemed helpful after the first month of liasing with the manager of the pension funds surveillance and enforcement he just went from hero to zero coz he never responds to my mails acts like his doing me a favour afterall his doing his job. I wonder how people like him even gets employeed in companies like that. Im not sure if his a regulator or is he being regulated by large companies. What a joke dealing with so called Financial Service Board. I was dealing with Takalani Lukaimane from the FSB who I feel is fit to be a comedian of customer service.........WATCH OUT TREVOR NOAH</p>
