Under false pretenses without the full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle

The dealership had a Golf R car that we were interested in, so on 22/06/2024 we drove from the eastern cape all the way to the free state 720km to go and do financing on the vehicle and they said there is nothing wrong with the car and that the car was never in an accident before. So, we did a little bit of inspection, but we saw that the car was in an accident in the front. Then we asked them if we can get our deposit back because it’s a 55k deposit with a polo trade and all together the amount was a 90k deposit and then they said no sorry they can’t give our deposit back. Or we must choose another vehicle, or we lose our 90k deposit. Then they brought a Nissan Navara 2014 Bakkie to us and we asked the guy does the bakkies have spare keys and a service history book and he said yes. But they will courier it to us because they did not have it with them on the day of purchase. So, we did the financing and drove back home. Between the 24th of June until yesterday 16/07/2024 I asked the guy again if he can courier it to us as well as a copy of the papers because we needed to go and make new number plates for the bakkie. Then he said the bakkie does not have a service book nor a spare key only a service history from another company, but they must first get the history from the company. And when I asked for a copy of the paper he said the traffic department doesn’t have green paper to print it and few days after that we asked again then he said the same and few minutes later he said sorry he did sign it in at the office an that he left it on the desk and he will send a picture of it right now. Few minutes past and I asked him where the photo is he said that he left it on his desk, but the cleaner threw it away. Then he said he will just have to reprint it then I said but if you must reprint it then it is already on the computer then he said yes. So, we received the picture of the papers after a struggle. Then on the 11th July we informed him that the release bearing need a replacement then he said but the bakkie has already been serviced but then we send him a video of the bakkie so that he could hear the release bearing then he just send me a emoji with hands in the air ( I don’t know ) emoji. We did more inspection on the bakkie and then we realised that the bakkie does not have an airbag light and that it has been disconnected. So that means that the bakkies was in an accident. When we turn the wheels, it squeaks and make a loud noise which is not normal
