Don't trust a secondhand car dealer

My nephew bought a car from FS Cars which is giving him endless problems. The car goes in for repairs constantly. They can't seem to fix it. My brother wanted MFC to cancel the deal but the owner of FS Cars doesn't want to agree to it. He instead offered to take the car back as a trade in on another car. Really? Why would anyone be that stupid as to buy from them again? Anyway, the case ended up with the Onbudsman and we will wait and see what happens. In the mean time a young man and his wife with their 1 month old baby has to rely on an unreliable car.
