Andile Faku, purchased a used 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe from F and S Auto in May 2025. Within a month, the car broke down due to engine damage caused by excessive oil levels. The warranty is covering R80,000 of the R150,000 repair estimate, leaving me with a balance of approximately R70,000. I've lost trust in the vehicle and the dealership's handling of the situation. I've been paying installments to Absa Bank despite not having use of the car.
