Bad service

Bought a car cash from them. They promised to do roadworthy and give a disc. When I got my papers I asked for the disc they said I can just go to the department and print it only to find that I have to pay for the disc. I called the agent he’s trying to explain that you pay for your own disc. I said to him you said if I pay the admin fee it will be the roadworthy and the disc hence I paid the admin fee. This is bad business. I’m suppose to get a car that’s roadworthy which means it must have a disc
