Wire in Frys Pie

Towards the end of last year , whilst having dinner my son was eating a Frys Vegetarian pie and was bit on a piece of wire found in the pie.This is hazardous and a health risk which requires immediate intervention.Can this matter be addresed in a serious light and we await urgent feedback.
