Fry's curry pie had no filling

I had recently purchased the Fry's Curry Pie. When we took them out of the oven, we noticed that one had no filling and was only an empty pastry. I had called Fry's and spoke to a consultant and gave the package information. She informed me that I was going to get a call from their QA Manager in the next 2 days. It has been 3 weeks now and Im still waiting. The consultant also told me that they have all the details and I can dispose of the packaging so now I cannot provide any info. Very bad customer service !!!!
