Disappointed customer

After purchasing a pack of Frys soya burgers, found that it was rotten. Numerous attempts to contact someone at the company to attend to my complaint fell on deaf ears. I even emailed them. No response. This brand is distributed worldwide and I don't believe they want to entertain negative criticism. They prefer to ignore complaints. Very disappointed customer.
