bad after sales service

<p>My daughter and I are vegetarians. We eat Fry"s products at least once a day. I had purchased a pack of Ftrys</p> <p>pies. I found the product to be too salty for me. I phoned the company and wanted to know if that was just a once off batch or it is their new recipe. The operator took all my info (barcode, shop purchased, date bought) and promised to get someone to phone me back. That was a month ago and I had no responce to date.. I told operator that I did not want a replacement or a refund but to know if recipe would remain the same for</p> <p>my future purchases.</p>
