Wrong product hidden in the Box

After place two calls to your KZN telephone number any only receiving a voice message I have decided to go this route to try to contact Fry's Family Foods. I live in Gauteng, a while ago I bought a box of Fry's Korma Curry Pieces (or so I thought). Yesterday I took the box out of the freezer, found a sealed packet inside which I did not look at very carefully and put it aside to thaw, as instructed on the box. When I tried to make the food according to the recipe later I noticed that the packet I had taken out of the Korma Curry box was in fact Chicken-Style Chunks - which are: 1) to be cooked from frozen but most importantly 2) were not what I wanted or had bought. All I can imagine is that someone in the the chain of production mistakenly put the sealed Chicken packet into the Korma Curry box. This is not acceptable. As mentioned in the beginning, I am resorting to this method of complaint because a real person does not answer your Customer Care line.
