Their products are good and of high quality. Their care for customers is amazing. I had an experience where i happened to buy one of thier meatless sausages, and it was spoilt. I emailed them about it and they responded the very same day, explaining how the cold chain must have been broken somewhere somehow. They apologized for my inconvenience and sent me a voucher worth two of the one item i had lost. They didn't come with excuses or try to blame me. I love them.
