Inedible vienna's

I purchased2 packets of vienna's at the Uitzicht Spar near Durbanville, the product appeared to have been defrosted and refrozen, I did prepare as suggested only to confirm that the vienna's were inedible and unfit for consumption. Needless to say, I will not purchase their products again.
