Inconsistent Portion Size - Meat Free Sausage Roll

My wife and I are regular purchasers of all your products.

Kindly see attached where we noticed a box of sausage rolls are of inconsistent sizes and the pastry was also broken.

Why is this the case? As we haven't experienced this before.

I await your response.

I also emailed your company, with zero response, therefore I am putting up this negative experience.
