Worst nightmare

This company it's a nightmare. I ordered products last year December till to date I have never received it. They say they don't deliver to the client, meaning the client must trace his/her own order by phoning the post office with details that are untraceable in South Africa. Even now I am unable to trace my order, tried to contact their support to no avail.
