Worst Customer service

<p>Stay away from ordering anything from this company.</p> <p>Their terms state 15 working days.</p> <p>You will be looped into 2 months of emails to find out where your item (that you had to pay for upfront) is and even then if you completely loose it with them will you be sent another bill for importing the product.</p> <p>The team leader for support is ********** and she is full of excuses.</p> <p>She cannot even give you a refund because she doesnt have that authority.</p> <p>that takes another 2 months of fighting</p> <p>Totally disgusted with their terrible customer service</p>
