Waiting 4 months for refund

Avoid at all costs, even though they are just a gateway/e-commerce hub they have very shady sellers and take zero responsibility. I bought at item at a fair price and tracking started and then stopped. After doing back flips to declare I did not receive item, the seller then confirmed they have no tracking details and requested a refund to processed. Its 4 months later and still waiting for the refund or even acknowledgement from Fruugo.
