Useless

Placed order 19 September. Confirmation said delivery will take place between 2 and 11 October. I see it stuck somewhere since 1 October. No email, no communication, no info regarding the delay. Have been try to log a query but site keep on saying there is some error and I must try again later. What a **** this place!
