Unhappy Customer

I took a chance and ordered an item on Fruugo in January for delivery to Port Elizabeth, they said delivery would be by 04/02/2026, have not received my package as yet. This is after tracking my parcel, logging a query after I tracked it to being with the Courier in Pretoria when I was told I had to collect my parcel. No reply to my recent complaint saying that I reside in a different Province over 1000km's away. This is a disgrace and am highly disappointed in their service. Please save yourself the frustration and NEVER use this company!!
