Unhappy customer

Early this Ordered a reflector light for my car since we do not have it here in South Africa, made 2 orders same day at Fruugo and Shein untill today Fruugos Order is no where to be found Fruugo is horrible in customer service I do not get updates nothing I have been waiting for it the only thing I get its strange emails telling me to confirm an address because the orders label was damaged.
