Unfulfilled Orders/Refunds by Fruugo

After cancelling my purchase from this online distributor, I received a confirmation email stating that I should receive a refund within 2-5 working days. This was promised in the middle of May 2021 and till today I have not received any refund. Please do not purchase anything from this online store as you will probably not receive the items you ordered OR you will never be refunded. Where can I report this company for *****?
