I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Fruugo. I am still waiting for my order to arrive, and there has been zero communication or updates regarding its status. The overall delivery transparency falls well short of expectations, making it frustratingly impossible to get clear answers or relief from customer support. A global marketplace needs far better reliability, realistic shipping timelines, and proactive customer communication. I hope management addresses these order fulfillment issues immediately.
